Refund Policy

We will only take Return/Exchange on items that has issues from us, or for wrong item sent. Please note that we will not accept return or do an exchange for wrong sizing from your part. In a situation where you are to do a return/exchange, please kindly make sure you send back the item within 24hrs of receipt within Accra, while inter-regional customers to make sure to send back to the store within 48hrs of receipt. Once the return is delivered to the store, we will provide the replacement, in the event we are unable to replace the returned item and customer is not interested in substituting, a store credit will be issued which can be used to make order.
